SEALCOAT: Driveways/Parking Lots
Sealer is applied to the top of your asphalt, acts as a barrier to prevent oxidation, water, ice, car fluids, the sun, salt and other chemicals from staining and eating away at the surface of the asphalt. Enhances the beauty and significantly increases the life of your asphalt.

Night Temperature must be above 50 degrees for application.
REPAIRS: Cracks, Potholes, Stains
Cracks occur from aging, climate, traffic distresses and poorly maintained asphalt. When timely maintenance isn't performed cracks lead to potholes, potholes become craters. Along with proper water drainage, crack sealing/repairs is the most important maintenance you can do. If water is kept out of the asphalt base, the majority of distresses can be stopped or delayed.
